Our fee is a flat rate of one month's rent, with a minimum charge of $4,500. This fee is paid by the tenant (unless the origin of this service is initiated by the property owner/manager)

Lease Negotiation: This process can be time-consuming and emotional, especially when the stakes are high. Employing the most effective strategy is crucial for competing with other renters and making a strong impression on property owners/managers.
Rent Relocation Assistance: Flat rate, ranging from $500 to $2,000 or more, depending on the level Of support needed.
Credit and Background Checks: Flat rate of $50 for conducting thorough credit and background checks, ensuring you are well-prepared to compete.
Ongoing Tenant Support: For ongoing tenant support services, there is a monthly retainer fee of 10% of the monthly rent.
